TREC Property Passport

Clearer property information. Better-informed buyers.

Buyers access released property information free of charge. Developers and property providers use Submitter packages to prepare and assess their project information.

Packages build on each other. The difference is the questions addressed and evidence assessed, not the number of uploaded files.

Property Overview

Understand what the property is, where it is and whether it fits your initial search.

Property identity, location, type, stage, clearly labelled areas, asking price and responsible contact. Provider statements are labelled as unreviewed.

Extended · Paid scope

Core Decision Information

Understand the key evidence and unresolved questions before taking the next purchase step.

Core records covering identity, ownership and selling authority, applicable permits, restrictions, areas, delivery and known costs. Findings, contradictions and missing evidence remain visible.

Full · Paid scope

Comprehensive Project Review

Understand the fullest picture the project can currently provide.

Extended plus every applicable topic in the 18-category framework, including technical condition, operation, maintenance and location context. Available records and outstanding evidence are shown together.

Priority actions

  1. Resolve material concerns first. Flag contradictions, restrictions and missing core evidence in every package.
  2. P0 · Orientation: identify the property and its current offer.
  3. P1 · Core: gather evidence for the key purchase questions.
  4. P2 · Detailed: add applicable technical, operating and contextual evidence.
  5. P3 · Supporting: add useful supporting records after the key questions.

Basic

A clearly identified property and labelled provider statements for initial orientation. No document assessment or verification claim.

Extended

Core evidence is assessed against the relevant buyer questions. The outcome can be supported, insufficient, conflicting or unresolved.

Full

A comprehensive review across applicable project topics, including technical, operating and contextual records. Missing evidence is explicit; available does not mean complete.

From upload to buyer information

  1. Prepare: use the priority checklist and upload centrally.
  2. Assess: review relevant evidence, sources and limitations.
  3. Clarify: resolve contradictions and request missing information.
  4. Release: separately authorise the information buyers may see.

Private original documents are not automatically published. Material concerns remain visible in the released information regardless of package.

Package booking is not open yet

Basic is the proposed free property profile. Extended and Full are proposed paid assessment scopes for Submitters. Prices, account allowances and archive terms are being finalised.

You can register and prepare test projects in the pilot. No paid entitlement is activated by registration. Buyers do not need to purchase a package.

What an assessment does — and does not — mean

Payment purchases assessment scope, never a favourable finding or automatic buyer release. AI supports processing; its output is not a buyer approval.

Full includes all applicable topics in the existing 18-category framework and the relevant records the project can currently provide. It does not include unlimited research, site inspections or professional legal services unless separately agreed.

A clearer basis for your next decision.
