- 1.3 Any transactions, negotiations, or agreements made through the platform are strictly between the involved parties. TREC is not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues that may arise from these interactions.
- 1.4 Users agree to release and hold harmless TREC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability related to their use of the platform or interaction with other users.
2. User Responsibilities
- 2.1 Users must provide accurate, current, and lawful information when submitting listings or contacting others through the platform.
- 2.2 Users are solely responsible for their listings, communications, and conduct on the site.
- 2.3 Users must not upload or share content that is false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. Listings & Content
- 3.1 Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant TREC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote it on the site and related media.
- 3.2 TREC reserves the right to remove or modify any listing or content at its sole discretion, especially if it violates these terms or applicable laws.
4. Use of Data & Analytics
- 4.1 We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized visitor data to help us improve the website experience. This includes metrics such as page views, time on site, and referral sources.
